The required documents including CT scan images can be sent via postal services or digitally. Eventually, the implant will be sent to you. Therefore, you won’t be required to visit in person during the design or manufacturing process.
▶ How should I order a patient-specific implant?
After receiving the implant prescription form and the CT scan protocol by contacting the numbers below, if the surgeon prescribed using patient-specific implant, please submit your CT scan image and the prescription form filled-out by the surgeon through the postal service or digitally through E-mail.

Since the implants are designed and manufactured specifically for each patient, their size and design complexity will affect their final cost. Therefore, it is not possible to give an accurate cost estimation before checking the CT scan and prescription form.
After the submission of the required documents and performing the preliminary review, the implant’s final cost will be determined.
▶ I’m now using a different type of implant. Can I replace it with a Bonash Medical implant?
